A small structure based on a design by Paul Templar. Has Saloon doors and all signs as shown, with a footprint of 3 1/2 by 5. The saloon is named for the husband of one of my co-workers that has cancer and could not find a Saloon for his layout. Footprint: 3.7″ x 5.0″
